Terms of Service

1. The Service

"PocketAI" (the "App") is a mobile client that lets you run generative AI models (images, video, audio, text and 3D) hosted by third-party inference providers. The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Features & Labels Inc. (fal.ai).

2. Accounts

The App signs you in anonymously to keep track of your token balance and generation history. You don't need to provide an email or password.

3. Tokens & Subscriptions

• Generations are paid with tokens: 1 token = 1 generation.
• The weekly subscription grants a recurring weekly token budget. It renews automatically through your Apple ID and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings.
• Token packs are one-time purchases. Purchased tokens don't expire.
• Tokens are automatically refunded if a generation fails or times out.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds of purchases are handled by Apple under their policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates the usage policies of the underlying model providers. Some models include safety filters; attempting to circumvent them is prohibited.

5. Generated Content

Subject to the license terms of each model, you may use the content you generate. Licenses differ per model (some are restricted to non-commercial use) — review the model's license before commercial use.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Model availability, quality and pricing depend on third-party providers and may change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
